In particular, the teaching strategy used during discussions, I have learned a lot during my on-the-job training as a student teacher. My teaching style is being a lively, entertaining instructor who prevents students from being bored in class. I'll keep things interesting in class and attract their attention. In order for them to actively listen to me and respond to my inquiries, I engaged in a question-and-answer session. They require a teacher like myself at the elementary level who is highly creative with the teaching materials that can be used in discussions and as examples. I favour using visual assistance. Additionally, I treat adults as students and impart communication skills to them. I am a good teacher because I am kind, patient, and minded to offer constructive criticism. I am also good since I am mindful of the differences in my students and have many years of teaching experience.
