I always provide the students conceptual lectures. And give them an effective environment in which they can ask questions easily. I used to arrange a round of quiz in order to determine the students understanding. I always appreciate my week students. In this way they feel confident on there selves. I do hardwork with my week students and give them extra time. My teaching methodology includes maintenance discipline, deliver conceptual lecture, questioning to the students about the lecture, after finishing lectures go through the whole lecture. My result always round about 85 percent.
