Keeping my 11 years of teaching experience in schools and academies came to a certain level of understanding the students and their needs. I believe learning should be more of fun. My interaction with children vary from their mood and interest level. I learnt to be active with passive students and extra active with active students. They do have work sheets to understand the topic. Regular tournaments and analysis of their games played in them. Depending on their level a seperate set of puzzles are created so that every level kid enjoys them
