Greetings to all of you! My name is Neelum Qureshi, and I am General Science teacher here at Modernage Public School. It's a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful institution and have the opportunity to guide and mentor each one of you on your educational journey.

Having completed my MS in Biotechnology and MSc in Biochemistry, I have been fortunate to work in prestigious institutes as both a teacher and a researcher. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the subject matter and a strong desire to share my knowledge with all of you.

I believe in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected. I encourage active participation in the classroom and open discussions, as I firmly believe that each one of you has unique perspectives and insights to offer.

My teaching philosophy revolves around three key principles:

Empowerment: I strive to empower each of you to take ownership of your learning journey. I will provide the necessary guidance and resources, but it's your enthusiasm and dedication that will lead you to success.

Application: Science is all around us, and I aim to show you how the principles we learn in class are relevant in real-life scenarios. I encourage you to question, experiment, and apply your knowledge to solve problems creatively.

Growth Mindset: It's okay to make mistakes; they are an essential part of the learning process. I want you to embrace challenges with a growth mindset, knowing that with effort and perseverance, you can achieve your goals.
