I believe first to understand primary knowledge about grammar and then understand core thing for language, usage where, what and whom . Then make it expertise for fluency of talking practice's.
From beginner to make it expertise with core Level with grammatically create base for student and create next to next level.
Language i believe it depend on how to and method of right practices with right time . I always believe on try and more try and even more try will help to command over the subject .

1. Utilize a variety of technology options- Video conferencing, Video's, Screen Capture, Classroom management system, Assisting tools ( Power Point, You Tube )
2. Connect to students individually.
3. Prepare to work with parents.
4. Consider new learning methods.
5. Provide collaboration and socialization opportunities.
