I have grown as a teacher by my services starting from home tuition at Primary level to higher secondary school, so i understand various strategies to overcome gaps of a learner by assessing the level of conceptual comprehension. My general expertise lie in lesson planning, classroom teaching, assessment of learning, material notes/documentation and analysis of outcome with reference to set goals. I have also been engaged in multiple secondary and leadership roles in a boarding/residential institution such as committees for resources conservation, admissions and academic council. Documentation on MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point for report writing, break down of syllabus, results/data analysis or presentation of concepts with the animations, slides, gif. or other formats. My online experience majorly started under pandemic era where it became an essential need to interact with online resources for teaching-learning needs. I have delivered successful live classes/sessions on zoom and Google Meet platforms and potential to adapt with other technologies available with my growth mindset. Moreover, i have developed notes as per need of my students and presented difficult concepts with the help of animations, video lessons and power point presentations.
