I have been teaching for more than two years in different schools. Throughout my experiences as teacher in different organizations, I came to know that students should be given relax and friendly environment, so that they can express themselves.I also believe that students should be engaged and the lesson should be as interesting as possible. Special attention should be given to their questions and students should be encouraged to ask as many questions as they could, but at the same time they should be kept focused on their class work. They should also be given critical questions to stir their mentality, which not only help them remember the lesson better but also open new things to them. A great teacher must understand his/her students level and also point out important point for exams point of view. The lesson should be taught only fir getting good score in exams but to help them in their everyday lives.Moreover all the course must be carried on smoothly and in a connected way so before every new lecture previous lecture must be revised for students sake. This is basically the way I teach and alhmdulilah have produced good results.
