I am a full-time private tutor, published author and owner of Elite English E-Learning, an online English tuition platform that teaches English to students of all age groups across various syllabi. My qualified and proficient tutors and I are more than happy to assist you with English language learning. Whether you are extremely weak or already have a decent foundation to begin with, we are ready to help.

Our methodology includes assessing your reading comprehension levels before moving on to writing, supplemented by grammar along the way. I usually start by assessing the student’s level, and gradually gauging the areas they're weakest in before selecting the most suitable route of teaching. (e.g. Are they visual learners? Will they write better with or without technical knowledge? How conversational should our lessons be?) Generally, our lessons alternate between the main language components, namely Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening and Grammar. I detect their linguistic idiosyncrasies in order to determine which item is most beneficial for them in terms of personal command of the language, or test preparation. For example, a foreign student who speaks by constantly misusing articles and determiners (i.e. I go to the Gurney Plaza on Saturday) will be trained in that particular area. Whereas my older, more advanced students would be trained to understand the nuance of language and the skill of synthesising
information.

So far, I have produced Grade A students, writing competition winners, as well as students who have shown overall improvement (i.e. from failing to passing, from not being able to do reading or writing, to actually excelling in it).
