As a professional teacher, I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. The main focus is to be able to deliver knowledge in a simple and meaningful way to students. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. I help students realize that most of their future goals are not possible without proper education. I help students understand that the future belongs to those who are prepared.
I would describe my teaching style as highly adaptable. I do not really prefer one teaching method. Each class is different, so is each lesson. I simply prefer an individual approach to teaching. So far, it has been working great. I have no reason to doubt the effectiveness of my teaching style.
Assessment is an important part of teaching. It is a measure of the students understanding of the material being taught. I use formal assessments in form of test and quizzes.
