Teaching is my passions and profession.I believe it is the failure of a teacher if a student does not succeed.
A teacher should always know the pulse of the student and teach him accordingly.
The target of a teacher should never be to make a brighter student secure more marks which he can do by himself but rather to groom an underdeveloped student into a brighter one.
In my last 2 years profession I have shared my knowledge in subjects like Bengali,Social studies, Science,Mathematics and English for classes staring from 1 to 4.
