we conduct fitness yoga,therapy yoga and teacher training yoga course online and offline and having 9 years experiences in teaching. i conduct multistyle yoga like hatha yoga,ashtanga yoga,power yoga,yin yoga,therapy yoga,prenatal yoga postnatal yoga,beginer yoga, intermediate yoga and advance yoga, naturopathy sessions like massage,reiki, mud, diet therapy and sound bath meditation for individuals, group and corporate sesssion. i have cure many disease like thyroid,bp,diabetes, stress, obesity and sciatica.as per requirement i make plan of teaching and includes therapy. my session includes asana,pranayama meditation.
