Don't want to say too much about myself but i must say that if i get week student in math the change will reflect within five days. My teaching skill varies according to student understanding level so there is not any fix methods sometimes it's goes in a different way. But the ultimate goal of teaching is develop understanding level and problem solving attitude in student. Interesting nd interactive classes are my specialty. I never let bore my students in class so that there mind never goes in sleep mode
