I'm Khan Israt Sharmin, a passionate and dedicated professional in the fashion industry. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology.With a combined experience of 7 years as a fashion model and 2 years as a fashion designer, I bring a unique perspective to the industry.Fashion is not just a profession for me; it is a true passion that fuels my creativity and drives me to excel.My expertise lies in two key areas: runway and fashion illustration.   • Fashion Designer (Oct, 2022–Jan, 2023) at Avito
    I joined the brand to provide support to a friend who was in the process of building this new boutique. In this role, I took on multiple responsibilities as a fashion designer,stylist and creative director for the brand's photoshoots.As a fashion designer, I brought my expertise to the table by creating designs that aligned with Avito's brand identity.In addition to designing, I also took on the role of a stylist. Drawing on my knowledge of fashion and trends,Furthermore, as the creative director for Avito's photoshoots,I played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning imagery that showcased the brand's products.From ideation to execution, I led the creative direction, working closely with photographers, models, and the production team to bring our vision to life.In my professional journey, I encountered a challenging experience while working at Avito. The owner exhibited behaviors and traits consistent with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), making the work environment highly challenging and detrimental to my mental health. Recognizing the impact it was having on my well-being,I made the difficult decision to prioritize my mental health and leave the position.This experience taught me the significance of setting boundaries, practicing self-care, and prioritizing mental well-being.Through this experience, I have gained valuable insights into the importance of fostering healthy work environments and promoting understanding and empathy.I am now even more committed to creating positive change and advocating for mental health awareness.
