Hi everyone!
I was graduated as doctor of Physiotherapy from UMT,Lahore. My CGPA was 3.89. When I teaches students my goal is to develop understanding for that topic instead of emphasize on cramming because good concept can lead to better results.
I am not that strict teacher because I believe if teacher creates friendly environment for teaching then students can easily learn
I also don't get irritated if students ask too many questions instead I appreciate those who ask questions because it is a sign that you are learning.
I also conduct weekly assessment so that I come to know that how much the student has learned during the whole week and what are his shortcomings.
