My goal is to go step by step with the student in understanding all the concepts in microbiology and research. Together we can build a symbiotic relationship. I believe in teaching students in groups and sharing assignments so that to keep them engaged. I’m a firm believer in all structures or parties to work together so as to achieve a common goal. I want good results but I’m more of a believer of student empowerment so as to gradually improve the student’s results and mindset about their approach in life.
