I was using a time management to the students whom i was giving a teaching and primarly i concern what the students be interested on the tutor and what bors them, i was looking for their attention.and select where their curiousity and where their weaknes and identify the strength and weakness of the students.Making the students to discuss each other, giving assignment and controlling whether they are working the rassignment or not. on other hand make a closer communication with their parents and teling the strength and weakness of the students as much as possible.
