I have 30 years of teaching English as a foreign language to high school students. During this tenor, I've taught various subjects. Urdu being my mother tongue,and native language has also been taught. Islamic Studies and Islamic History were also taught in addition to the other subjects.
My methodology was to build a healthy relationship between the students and teacher, so that they could freely express their thoughts,opinions and views. In the classroom,there were some who understood everything that was taught, while there were a few who had difficulty in grasping the lesson. My pairing up technique enabled them to seek support from their colleagues. If the situation was beyond comprehension, then I would intervene and find a way out.
Results were the ultimate goal of all students, I was successful,in steering them towards a bright future with excellent grades in hand and list of achievements to boast about. Most of them are in the private sector of selected jobs, happy and content.

    I was head of the English department. My designation was to overall visit all campuses and report the ongoing progress of the staff and students. This work induced in me the critical analysis and execution of discipline within the classroom.

    I was in charge of the English department. My job was to see the proper execution and compliance of the syllabus. Help out any teacher facing any problems with the course work. All in all I was responsible for my staff and students, if they faced difficulties.
