The idea of tutoring has held much fascination for me ever since I indulged in a short teaching practice in October. There, I learned how to assist students in the development of appropriate study skills. I was also provided with chances that taught me collaborative learning methodologies that aid planning and facilitating tutoring sessions. I was able to learn how to communicate with students and understand them…. I am sure with the little experience I’ve had in field of teaching, I’ll be an adequate and good teacher. I’d assist the students in all areas related to English language
I think what would make me a great teacher is my ability to indulge in questions and answer kind of teaching and I also use the lecture method in teaching my students, this way it creates room for better understanding of the sung being taught .
Lastly I find tutoring as a rewarding experience and I’m looking forward to it
