Hi!Myself Majid Mushtaq Khan.Im a lawyer by profession and a research Scholar as well.Since 2017 I start my practice as lawyer and work as penal lawyer since 2018.Being a lawyer/advocate I have handled so many criminal,civil and matrimonial cases.I have very clear concepts of procedural law which is a backbone of Indian Justice System.
I'm presently pursuing my Ph.D in law and I have already completed my M.Phil degree in law and have also done different post graduate Diplomas as well as pgcertificate courses in law from various universities like as,Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights, One year Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law,one certificate course in Advanced Constitutional Law, and other certificate course in Human Rihts law and Criminal Justice System.
Besides,this i have done many international law courses.
Beside,above mentioned courses I have done my Masters in English and Psychology with specialisation in Clinical Psychology.
