Hello swati here I have completed my diploma in yoga from Himalayan Ayurvedic medical College and 200hrs teacher training certificate course from ekam yogashala rishikesh I have sound knowledge in yoga asanas,pranayam different forms of yoga like hatha yoga, ashthanga basic to advance asanas from 3 years.Firstly I started my session from prayers and chanting mantras which soothes and relax your mind give positive energy throughout your entire session, then we start from very beginning sitting posture then standing and at last laying down asanas hope you like my session,I also provide online demo classes.
