What I learnt from My institute I have calibre to transfer to the other with the simple and collaborated way.
I did work shops and mathematical modeling class where we can easily get to know how to interact with the pupil in a very humble and associate approach so that they can reflect what they thought of regarding subject....And where they have any hesitation to ask any query.
My main focus towards student is that first they feel comfort in staying in a class .....Other wise they don't know why they were here.
My quote is simple if the things have been done,you can do it,if it is not then only u can do it.
Only this things I want to generate in mostly my student.
