As someone who has experienced learning a second language I can emphasize with my learners. I have lived in several countries throughout my life and understand different cultural views. Years of teaching have helped me grow as a teacher and continuing to grow remains important. It's important to set goals both personal, academic or career related to provide you with a goal to achieve no matter how big or small. There is always time to learn whether you are at preschool or nearing retirement.
