I have an experience of 3 years in training. I have good knowledge about training styles like powerlifting, bodybuilding, weight loss and weight gain. I trained an year personally for fat loss and achieved my goal weight. Now I am focusing on powerlifting (competitive) and slowly gaining a more aesthetic physique. I have trained multiple people (both in person and online) and helped them achieve their desired goals in fitness, strength gain and bodybuilding. I believe in the principles of high intensity training as taught my Mike mentzer. And follow mostly an old school methodology.
