My teaching methodology is different than other teachers.At first place,i used to access the abilities of student and prefer to teach them according to their pyschi.i assured 100 per results to students by proper evaluation and study plans.iam not reluctant to give extra time to students iam available for them any time. They can resolve their qurries without hessitation through questions .The main aim of study is to built skills among students so they can solve and tackle any problem in effective manners .However,i do not only focus on subject but i also work on student confidence building,communication skills, relevent social manners and career councilling .In addition, i allow my students to feel free with me .My study plans are realistic and i always tries to complete the syllabus on time .My focus is to develop new innovative skills among students which distinguished them from other fellows .i do not belive on crammed knowledge but the skills and concepts are more important for me.The students satisfaction is more important .Moreover,i have a long journey of css and pms so i want to inculcate powerful learning skills in my students In short, i deliverd 100 pr of my abilities with out discriminating .
