English is my first language though I can converse in sinhalese too . My full time job is being an entrepreneur and CEO of my design company. I have done training for the HR Departments in two of my previous corporate jobs in two well known banks. My style of teaching is not typical and I do not posses any english teaching or any teaching qualifications as yet. I am a product of the school of life. I speak well and have been in the corporate world for over 30 years now and this is just one of my side hobbies. I focus on my students pronounciation of words and confidence they exude especially when they make presentations. My process involves improving reading skills, comprehension, pronounciation and ability to express their ideas fluently. It is customised based on the students requirement, trial and error and common sense and it has worked on others. Mostly I want to get a result and am motivated to enable my student to develop and achieve a level of proficiency in speaking English that will help them in their professional and personal lives. I don't work miracles but i will give you the tools to get better and better and it depends after that on how much you want it and the effort you make .
