As a Chemistry undergraduate with a passion for preparing students to reach their maximum potential, which has been evident in my teaching career, which began when I was still in secondary school by tutoring friends, classmates and younger students as a member of NSS education wing. For the past year, I have worked professionally as an instructor at a company. My goal is to develop personalized plans for each student based on my own experiences as a young student or to say as a young student myself. Working at a center as a teacher has allowed me the opportunity to practice my skills in adapting methods of instruction in a professional manner. With this role, I have gained experience mentoring pupils based on their learning capabilities, which consequently led to overall academic improvement among them. I believe that my new role will provide me with the opportunity to continue developing my skills while inspiring others to reach their potential. I am a self-starter who is not afraid of challenges, be they technical or academic. I also believe that continuous learning and growth are important values for combining success as well as creating involvement within students
