Adapt and modify instructional materials and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with special needs.
Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and progress regularly, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Provide personalized instruction and support to students, both in a group setting and one-on-one, to facilitate their academic, social, and emotional growth.
Maintain accurate records of students' progress, achievements, and challenges, and prepare reports as required.
Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in special education, and participate in professional development opportunities.
Proven experience working with students with special needs, including knowledge of various disabilities, learning styles, and instructional strategies.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to special education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
