According to my point of view it was important to use a variety of teaching methods to help each student learn in the way that worked best for them. Some students responded well to visual aids, while others preferred hands-on activities or discussion-based learning. I also found that it was important to build a rapport with each student and get to know their individual strengths and weaknesses. With my 10 years of teaching experience I teach primary class and middle class. I work on the base of the kids which is the essential part of their growing education.
