Kathak is a classical Indian dance form that has been passed down through generations.
I focus on the fundamentals of footwork (tatkar),rhythmic patterns(taal),hand gestures(mudras),and facial expressions (abhinaya) and krishna kavit. I start from basic exercises and gradually introducing more intricate movements. I emphasizes on posture and body alignment to help in their movements. I educate students about it's origins,evolution associated with the dance form.I have choreographed on songs 'mere dholna sun',pankh hoti to ur jaati re,mohe rang do laal and 'kran kran dha'. I have patience and understanding and create positive learning environment.
The main thing is that I'm passionate about kathak dance and this makes me a great teacher.
I am a certified yoga instructor with over [2 years] of experience teaching various styles of yoga. With a passion for holistic wellness, I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all levels.

Drawing from my extensive training and understanding of anatomy, I focus on the importance of alignment and breath in each practice. I believe in the transformative power of yoga, not just on the mat, but also in everyday life, encouraging students to embrace mindfulness and self-compassion.

In addition to teaching yoga classes, I offers workshops on meditation, mindfulness, and the philosophical aspects of yoga. I also enjoy incorporating elements of [ restorative practices, breathwork, or yoga therapy] into sessions, catering to the individual needs and goals of students.
