To be a teacher or should we say an educator is not easy you should have a great skills in communication and listening to your learners, you will handle different learners and each learners have difference characteristics, behavior and attitudes. But if you love your work, then you will love to teach specially when you have a great bond with the learners and they will not only consider you as there teacher, they also consider you as they're family. Teacher should be more collaborative with his/her learners, accessible/approachable in terms of any concerns of the learners, she can extend her hand to help the learners concern whether it is academic or not academic matter. For the beginning is not easy but as long as you try your best to be the one of the best for your learners is a quit challenging but it is fulfilling if they learn something from you. As an educator you have to be more patience, flexible, creative, multitasker, transparent and ready all the time for your duties and responsibilities in order to build something.
