I usually teach with my various lesson materials to keep my students interested. To know what level my students need to learn with their subject I usually make them take a pre-test and of course, to ensure that they have learned what I have teached they have to take a post-it test. I also love rewarding my students when they are doing well to keep them motivated.
I am sympathetic, kind and soft spoken. I believe than education need not violence or harsh words and shouting, rather we need to be soft spoken so that our students would listen to us. I am found of kids and usually they are kind and listen to me when they feel safe. I establish a good relationship with my students for them to feel free to ask questions.
