I am Working as Examiner for different exams like AS/A Level Mathematics, IGCSE/O
Level Mathematics, IGCSE/OL Additional Mathematics, and IGCSE/OL Mathematics.
Through this process, I mark a specific number of scripts to the required standard and
complete all administrative tasks within a pre-set timescale in line with approved
marking instructions. After that, I prepare and submit a report to the team
leader/principal examiner.
The majority of papers are marked on-screen using RM Assessor software.
I pass through standardization online training sessions that are held shortly after the
examination date and before the marking process.

I evaluate students' responses online according to a very specific grading system as
well as a set of criteria and marking guides. In addition to continuous communication
with the examiners' team, the team leader and the reviewers unify views and make the
evaluation fairer and more reliable, as the IB system places great emphasis on the
professional integrity and academic experience of its examinees.

Managing the preparing process of the school students to pass through the
international exams as PISA, ACT and SAT exams by designing plans, awareness
of teachers and students, Train students, Design material of trainings, organize
competitions to motivate the students.
 Leading the department's planning process, which includes daily, annual,
quarterly and unit curriculum plans in accordance with Qatari mathematics
standards and in the context of building on students' previous knowledge and
experiences, with an emphasis on interconnectedness between different
curriculum areas.
 Ensuring that curriculum standards, work plans, resources and model plans are
available in the department for all teachers.
 Collaborating with the school administration to design professional development
plans and training for the schoolteachers in various areas such as implementing
new strategies, whether in teaching or evaluation, as well as using teaching
technology, classroom management techniques and student behavior.
 Design and implement the professional development plans for the school math
teachers according to their training needs and according to their weaknesses and
strengths in their performance, which are evidenced by reports of class visits.
 Supporting teachers by providing appropriate educational materials,
implementing seminars and training sessions to develop performance, organizing
exchange of classroom visits between members of the department to exchange
experiences, organizing activities to watch model sessions to exchange
experiences and refining skills, as well as conducting class visits and giving
teachers supportive feedback and Mentoring new non- experienced teachers.
 Organizing weekly meeting for math teachers to plan for units, following up
tasks, assess the performance and make trainings to develop the work level.
 Leading teachers by working in a team through distributing different tasks and
roles to suit their different skills and interests to develop their performance to be
future leaders.
 Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school
professional development liaising with other professionals, such as learning
mentors, careers advisers, educational psychologists and education welfare
officers.
 Creating and implementing math lesson plans for different secondary grades
focused on developing problem solving and critical thinking skills for students for
different secondary grades according to the Qatari standards and policy of the
school, using English Language.
 Collaborating with mathematics teachers to use a range of teaching and
assessment strategies to address individual learning differences and balance
between individual and grouping learning.
 Leading the students results Analysis process to determine their weaknesses and
strengths then designing and applying remedial plans according that to raise
their achieving level

Cooperating with other trainers for Designing a 6-month, 60-hour, training
course for middle school math teachers – entry level.
 Cooperating with other trainers and teaching specialist team for Designing a 40-
hour, training course for High school math teachers- Proficient level.
 Designing developing and making all Teacher Support materials with high quality
to meet the training needs and enhanced student outcomes.
 Developed and provided strategies for professional development in the field of
mathematics for Entry and Proficient level.
 Deliver training programs to all new math teachers to help them understand and
apply the Math Curriculum Standards.

Preparing and delivering mathematics lessons for different preparatory (middle)
grades students whose different ages and abilities.
 Reviewing students written works, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining
records of pupils' progress and development.
 Evaluating my students by different strategies and methods (as projects,
researches, quizzes self-assessment, peer assessment etc.).
 Managing pupils behavior in the classroom and on school premises and applying
appropriate and effective Procedures in cases of misbehavior.
 Supporting pupils on an individual basis according to their academic or personal

 Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities, such as outings, social
activities and sporting events (like math day competition and iEARN
projects...etc).

Teaching mathematics and statistics for different stages preparatory, primary and
secondary also for different grades of these stages and different branches
(Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Trigonometry, statistics) by using English language.
 Following up all math teachers of the school and help the mentors to evaluate
them.
 Editing all final exams for different grades of the school and leading its marking
process
 Member of final exams committee, that includes using different computer
software as office applications to prepare the finale reports of the students.
 Member in training and development unit of the school to train the other staff
members.
 Designing and applying different aids and presentation that are used for teaching

the available places in the local environment of the school and clarifying the use
of each of them separately in the various subjects and identify the associated
lessons
