First of all i want to know my student.Is that is capable of learing or not.Then I teach basic concept of that area and then give assignment to think out of box to resolve it.And then accessing it or its makes difference or not. If they have good picking power and capabale of work hard then i build relationship to teach more and more to enhance his learning skills.I think that's enoght for any teacher to teach his student much and more and gives him a bright future.That's all from my side.
