Teacher is a spiritual father of any nation. Being a secondary school teacher I always take my students with me to the horizons of development. I make my class that much interesting that my students are fully involved in the class. my teaching methodology is oftenly activity based. I always desire to engage my students in the class one by one. I always ask question in a way that students do not get bored. knowledge and fun go together in my class. There is no harsh treatment to students from my side. I know my students personally. my students come to me without any hesitation and discuss their personal matters in a very light mood. I try my level best to minimize the problems faced by my students. As we know that english language is a second language in pakistan, i always try to teach language in a vey common way. My students is my asset, because if they understand the things which i teach them, it is always a blessing to me. I do not give tough time to my students. I always instruct my students that they should ask questions, because by asking questions their cognitive power is improved. Teaching english is a herculious task, but my teaching methodology is very much unique. I do not leave my students to be bored, or i do not let them to be fidget. So they know the content, then gradually they know the new words of the text,they know the verbs, transitional devices, nouns,pronouns,adverbs, adjectives etc in the text. As a result my students come to know the basics of english, which is benficial in making sentences, speak grammatically correct words and utter correct sentences. Being an english teacher I celebrate success that my students are able to comprehend english knowledge.
