I am a very patient and tolerant teacher who keenly observes learner's needs and instills confidence in him through open interactions during the lessons to make learning goal oriented. I also use various teaching strategies like experiential, project based, inquiry based adaptive learning differentiated instruction and active learning strategies to achieve both my lesson objectives and also promote holistic growth of the learner.
All these combined has helped me develop learners academic profile and has also equipped me with better skills and experience to handle learners of different abilities.
Seeing my learner achieve both their short term and long term term academic objectives also promotes my profile as a teacher.
