I am responsible so expect my students to be responsible. Usually I begin the course by identifying student's language level, interests, language styles and of course their weak points, and then design the course plan according to it. I can help learners achieve desired goals if they are also hardworking.
When I worked at the institutions I developed students' productuve skills, such speaking and writing. As their language experiences were different, at they couldnot speak fluently. But after using individual approach and special strategies they felt their speaking skills improved.
In teaching English or in any kind of activities which happen between more than two people, motivation and trust are important. In short, I attemt to build learners' motivation first, and then shwed his results by asseessing them regularly.
