I have been teaching English for more than 7 years to all levels and age groups. I have also hold various educational workshops in terms of improving the English knowledge of my students. In my classes I always use the communicative approach since I believe students need to be engaged in order to fully comprehend the target language. I also employ the most authentic materials in my classes such as movies, music, and story books, in order to further my knowledge in teaching. I have participated in numerous CELTA Based teacher training workshops such as designing freer activities as well as contextualization in the classroom.

I have taught both face to face and online classes and during the Corona pandemic I designed creative lesson plans integrated with the use of technology in my online classes. I believe a good classroom is one in which students are led into a path to discovery learning by the teacher which is done by a lot of elicitations and students’ participations in the class. Students talk in my classes therefore, STT(student talking time) is high and TTT(teacher talking time) is kept to minimum. In my online classes I am capable to work with varies platforms such as zoom and google meeting.

I have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey all the necessary information to students in addition, I tend to create a great rapport with my students because I believe students learn the best when they feel they are in a safe environment. I am a team player and believe in a team work also, I strongly believe teachers in a team should share their skills and information and learn from each other.
