Teaching make a postive impact on the future of the students so I do my job well. I adapt my teaching style in order to cater for everyone and make the student more interesting. I will plan and organise the class effectively. Being empathetic with students, motivating them to learn,hearing their complaints and giving them direct instructions. Encourage the student, make the classes more interesting. I try to help for developing their ability, keen to spread positivity genuinely enjoying the teaching and more engaging with the students.
