My name is Margiel Esic. My friends often called me Giel. I I prefer to think of myself as a genuine, thoughtful young lady. I am a hard worker, I do believe that nothing is ever handed to you so you have to go get it. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree at Eastern Mindanao College of Technology wherein I finish my course in Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher education Major in Food Services Management.
I have 3 years of experience on teaching students in Grade school where I taught them in the fundamentals of reading, writing, and basic English Apart from that, I have over a year and a half of experience teaching online. I have my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. And passed the systematic and professional IELTS teaching training. I can teach from Basic English to Immediate and especially IELTS where I do train and help my students to pass their IELTS speaking exam. My class is engage, I am a teacher who encourage my students to study and help them achieving their goal.
My job is like a roller coaster ride. It is exciting, difficult, frustrating, beautiful, and amazing all at the same time. Every teacher has through numerous evaluations and training sessions, I frequently cite the quality of instruction as the foundation and fulcrum of everything I do. It is challenging, and to be quite honest, I have a lot of ups and downs. But I succeeded in the end, and I'm quite proud of myself. I think it just like my IELTS students have many frustrations when they prepare IELTS test, but those who keep going till the end succeed. I put in more effort to value every opportunity to teach in lessons, and I do everything in my power to assist my pupils.
The biggest achievements I can claim is that I helped my students feel secure and inspired. Every time I teach, I'm astonished to observe how much my regular students' spoken English has improved. At the same time, I'm flattered since my student never fail to express their gratitude to me for being their instructor.
For me as a teacher you should be patience, you should be a role model. Their maybe a lot of ups and downs in the moment but life should go on. Just remember that there will be a time for everything.
