When teaching, interaction is a must between learners and me as the teacher. In that way I can say that you are listening to the discussions. Asking questions is important to assess learning. Entertaining questions is more important as I will be able to point out who needs more explanation and what needs to be explained more. Giving of activities and worksheet from time to time during discussion is crucial part of teaching as they will apply what they have learned. I love teaching Math and I love to help students to learn about Math. I am patient, and seeing my students learned from me makes me happy. Strategies to use will depend on the learning style of the students as well as being constructively aligned with the learning outcomes. It will also depend on the students' age.
