My name is Yoon. I am from Myanmar. I have been teaching for three years. Currently, I am studying at the University of Yangon. I have finished 120-Hour TEFL training and I am constantly improving my skills through professional development training TKT and I also have a plan to join CELTA in the near future. My hobbies are reading, drawing and dancing.

In my lessons, I employ a variety of teaching strategies and resources to provide to the diverse needs of my students. I design interactive and engaging activitie such as group discussions, role-plays, and hands-on exercises. Additionally, I incorporate technology into my lessons, utilizing multimedia tools and online resources to make it more effective and interactive.
I always make them participate in a discussion and ask follow-up questions to make sure they understand. For instance, they must create their own sentences utilizing the grammar structure or vocabulary I have taught them. Then, I ask questions, conduct quizzes, or assign small tasks to gauge comprehension.

I can cope with the pressures of teaching. Personally, I make plans in detail so that I don't forget to teach my students any important points. It is a method for lowering stress.Additionally, working long hours can lead to mental and physical health issues, therefore I engage in relaxing activities like dancing and listening to music.
In my teaching journey, I have encounterd under-performing students. When I teach them, I support by giving them more concentration,motivation and encouragement. I always tell them to believe in themselves and not to give up easily without taking time. I encourage them to know that each of you possesses potential and unique talents. Moreover, I praise their achievements and improvement. While I was telling them, smiles appeared on their faces. Thus, I believe my way is effective.
