Hey guys, am Jersha. I'm a positive, energetic knowledgeable teacher. I was completed MA in English and had 2 year Experience in teaching (in school), and had one year Experience in home tutoring. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. My teaching ways is friendly and skilled. I used anime to teach kids via meet and zoom. It's helps kids to focus on their lesson. Virtual teaching creates learners who are actively engaged with learning. I hope strictness doesn't help to make kids study well. But if the teaching ways is friendly and interesting, kids will be attracted towards lessons. In My last role I managed to turn around an underperforming class. I used positive reinforcement to keep a student motivated. I always try to be fair and consistent with everyone.
