I always explain the concept which is mainly focused on exam papers. I will ask to read the particular page of lesson with some of the students. With some keywords I explain the lesson. point to point I'll explain. The next day I'll do some recap of the previous day lesson. And will make students to engage with the questions with their doubts.
I won't target a particular student to ask questions because not everyone can understand the subject from very first day. It will take some time and I'm willing to help for them.
