Being an exceptional educator I have a passion of empowering my students through my innovative and interactive teaching methods which are learner centered and cultivate critical thinking of my learners.
I acknowledge my students interests, unique abilities and learning styles which I use as a foundation to their learning and help nurture them to their full potential.I tailor my lesson to accommodate a diverse pool of students at my disposal by incorporating use of learning aids such as diagrams, flowcharts,hands-on-activities and short quizzes.
I provide a positive and inclusive learning environment while promoting communication and encouraging my students to express their ideas and opinions freely which cultivates an environment of mutual respect and collaboration which are essential to helping me achieve the desired outcomes while helping my students feel they are in a safe and supportive space to learn and develop their full potential.
The pillars of my teaching style are: student centered learning, inclusivity, active engagement and continues improvement.
Most importantly, is making sure that my students become the best of themselves through their abilities, skills and the knowledge acquired through the teaching and learning process.
