I go to student level and understand his /her grasping capacity and teach accordingly. I follow play way of teaching . Making teaching and learning as a joyful process. At the end of every class I'll make sure the student has understood the teaching. I help the student to learn and understand the subject . Delivering the subject and making understand the subject in a way that the child can understand. I always mingle with the child and make learning as fun. help the child to understand the lesson as story .teach grammar in a way that child can remember
