The training are always on the four principles: Learn, Do, Apply and Reinforce.
Before any training i list the course/Training objective as well as at the beginning of each and every unit we MUST go through the session's objectives then after that we start the training. I also make sure i have collected the participant/s' Expectations so as to include them in them training and make sure they're all met by the end of the training.

At the end of each session there are quizzes to to be tackled by the participant to test the participant's understanding on the topic covered. Before the beginning of the Next session we must go through the quiz in the previous session and handle and challenges encountered. I always advice the trainee to consult any time he/she has a challenge in tackling the questions and the project.

The participant is always given a Project to handle before the end of the training to test all the the skills and techniques learned during the training, then we go through it together with the participant as i correct the on the areas he/she dint perform the correct activity as well as inviting any other questions or concerns that they might arise.
