I aim to build trust and harmonious relationship to my students to help them develop confidence to express themselves and embrace differences of each other.
I always believe that students are unique individuals who learn in different ways. I support my students to develop their own learning styles. I present a curriculum that includes differentiated activities to support learning, as well, make a curriculum content related to student lives to give them the opportunity to learn and understand the world around them. I encourage my students to do hands-on activities and discover their own skills. I provide shared task activities for I believe that students can also learn from each other through collaboration. It also opens the opportunity for their language development, encourage exchange of communication and understand cultural differences.
I always share the pleasure of diversity to my students and make them realize that we can learn from each other. My passion in teaching makes me believe that being in this profession, I owe it to my students to give quality education, provide experiential learning for their holistic development and help them see their full potential.
