I am extremely friendly to my students. Students find me near them psychologically, on whom they can trust. I do care for the future career of my students. As a result I always try to make them understand the topic easily by explaining the concept in easy terms.
I teach by explaining to them the base of the topic. I discourage them from memorizing because it is wrong to be in the habit of memorizing without understanding.
I adopt different strategy to different students depending on their mindset.Thanks a lot.
