I am able to connect to the students as I’m of the same age group nearly. Practical examples are more important to me than rote learning. Learning should be a fun experience and I make sure that’s what my students feel. Student should be able to ask as many questions she/he wants, and that’s something I prefer. My classes don’t have the strict teacher student environment, it’s more like a fun leaning experience. No one’s hesitant to question things and that’s what makes students understand the concept completely and increases their confidence. Makes them outspoken and lets them analyse things.
