I have been teaching social science for the last 4 years both online and offline. Firstly, we need to clear the concepts of the book with the help of flow chart/ ppt which helps students to actually understand it easily and then finally find it interesting. Incorporation of question answers with paragraph/ source based questions and lastly map work with notes given to students on individual chapters.
A thorough check on their knowledge is done in between interaction with the students and weekly test of the portion taught. I try to make the subject interesting and understandable for them.
